Medieval Steel Avenger Gorget

The Medieval Renaissance 18g Steel Avenger I Gorget Neck Plate is modeled after the original gorget design of the Middle Ages. It started out as a piece worn under other armor and transitioned into a piece worn over armor instead. It was also a status symbol on military uniforms. Featuring 18 gauge steel construction, this avenger shaped piece is comprised of a front and back plate with one side opening that is secured by a pin in a locking device.
